Baptismal Certificate Template

Need another option?

Recently, a chaplain colleague asked me for a generic baptismal certificate. It was a somewhat odd set of circumstances, but I get it — generic baptismal certificates often stink! So often, they feel cheesy, theologically unmoored, and stylistically dated.

For those of us who are Presbyterian, it’s hard to find a suitable replacement for the national PC(USA) certificates. There’s a host of reasons you might want something a little more generic—or simply without the PC(USA) seal—so this is one option for you to consider.

This certificate bears a seal containing a dove in flight surrounded by the words Christus ab omni malo plebem suam defendat (“May Christ defend His people from all evil”).
