Arrangement for Four Hands

OLD HUNDREDTH for Four Hands
Arr. Michael Cuppett

The tune OLD HUNDREDTH is well-loved and well-sung, especially among Protestants. Louis Bourgeois, the composer, was a primary compilers of early Calvinist hymnody in the early- to mid-sixteenth century.

This arrangement is set for four hands, and can be used for congregational singing; the congregational tune has not been altered. The majestic, flourish-filled arrangement intends to capture the doxology’s high praise.
